Hi, I'm Pea Chan, a cheerful cockatiel.Not only Nono papa but also the other members of family are allowed to scratch Pea Chan's head over a cage.
Here is good news for the birds with no one nearby to scratch its head. It is said that there is a back scratcher for the birds !
